If you’re tired of sharing multiple QR codes and links to get tipped, we have the answer: add Venmo and Cash App to your busk.co profile and share everything in one place!
Step 1: Go to busk.co/settings/tips.
This is your tips settings dashboard, where you can edit your default currency and tip amount, and add new payment services to your profile.
Step 2: Add Stripe to your profile.
You first have to connect your account to Stripe. Stripe is the service we use that enables people to tip you with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and their card numbers.
Apple/Google Pay are the most popular digital wallets in the world, and process tips super-fast and efficiently, so it’s really worth connecting your account to Stripe!
Step 3: Upgrade to the PRO+ Plan
If you haven’t already done so…
Step 4: Add Venmo and Cash App
For Venmo, you need your Venmo URL, which looks like this: https://venmo.com/USERNAME
For Cash App, you need your ‘cashtag’, which looks like this: https://cashapp.com/$USERNAME
Make sure you put your Venmo and CashApp usernames correctly! Our system can’t automatically check that you’ve done this right.
Step 5: Go to your profile and double-check
Now it’s time to make sure you’ve added CashApp and Venmo correctly to your profile. Go to your profile on busk.co and click the “tip me” button (or go to busk.co/USERNAME/qr), and you should see the payment services you just added as an option.
Click the Venmo/CashApp button, and make sure it’s sending people to the right place.
