As you might know, The Busking Project has interviewed buskers in ten languages, but we only speak one of those fluently. So, we need people to help us translate our footage.

It is a three-step process: transcribing, translating, and then giving us timecodes. The transcript should be a close approximation of what was said. It doesn’t have to be exact, just as long as the meaning of what is being said is all there. After that, make an exact translation of your transcript (or as close as you can get), and finally you’ll give us the “in” and “out” points of the parts we’re interested in.

Here are the languages we need translated, just click on the links to see the playlists:

Bengali (3 Videos)
Chinese (4 Videos)
French (6 Videos)
Greek (3 Videos)
Hindi? (16 Videos)
Indonesian? (6 Videos)
Japanese (5 Videos)
Korean (6 Videos)
Spanish (89 Videos)

If you are fluent in any of these languages, and would like to help us out, then please get in touch! Tell us which videos you’re interested in translating for us, and we’ll send you digital hugs and kisses immediately.
